It is a unique mental training system that maximizes performance by enabling visual, auditory and tactile perception systems to work both separately and synchronously.

It is based on the principles of parallel distributed processing of information and activation of the cognitive control mechanism.

How Do You Do This?

With mental exercises with active participation!

There are basically three different exercise application methods;

a-) Cognitive-based exercises applied with the simultaneous use of the senses.

b-) Exercises based on working memory function, which we call task assignment.

c-) Visual attention, short-term memory and working memory exercises applied independently of time. In this way, it is aimed to develop mental concentration, cognitive endurance and perseverance skills.

How Much Time Should You Allocate Daily?

In individual counseling and group training;

30-40 minutes daily for 30 days, excluding training hours.

In Distance Education;

An average of 45-60 minutes per day for 30 days or 6 weeks.

Exercises can be performed once or two or three times a day.

How Does Your Distance Education System Work?

Our trainings are available for sharing via distance education method. The important thing is that the individual assumes responsibility for development and has the motivation to devote time daily.

When you register for the relevant training on our Distance Training page, your video training starts immediately.

Consultancy service is provided if needed during the process.
